Paramount held off stiff competition in one of the most competitive regions maintaining nearly 99% customer satisfaction over the year.  With our superb new showroom facilities and a state of the art production environment Paramount has been able to maintain our high customer service record throughout the move to our new facilities, and we now able to offer an even greater range of products and services to its many customers throughout the North West.

Network Veterans merge for strength

Two long-established North West Network VEKA fabricators, Paramount Window Systems and Grosvenor Windows have merged to create a potential £10million force in the region’s manufacturing, commercial and domestic sectors.

The company, to be called the Etiam Group, will be based in Grosvenor’s Bolton Premises, retaining both MDs, Eddie McGrath and Peter Mills in a joint role, with a staff of around 100. Both the Paramount and Grosvenor names and styling will continue as separate trading entities to maximise on both companies’ strong local reputation.

Eddie and Peter have been close friends for many years and their companies, physically just 12 miles apart, have worked in harmony on a number of projects. Recently, Grosvenor has been providing overspill manufacturing for Paramount, where increasing sales have even overtaken the capacity of the new factory it opened only seven years ago.

Customers vote Paramount best in the North West
...snooker ace presents trophy

Local home improvements manufacturer Paramount Window Systems has been voted best in the North West for Customer Satisfaction. The award comes from the trade organisation Network VEKA, which collated the votes of nearly 16,000 households across Britain and Ireland – every single customer of every member company for the whole year.

Paramount’s Barry Hurst and Kathryn Harris received the trophy from snooker legend Steve Davis at the organisation’s recent AGM. Steve Davis works as an ambassador for Network VEKA, endorsing its standards and guarantees in members’ advertising.

It's finished - UK's biggest home conservatory

Network VEKA member Paramount Window Systems has now completed what is thought to be the UK’s biggest domestic conservatory, at a house near Chester that was formerly owned by the Queen.

As reported earlier this year, the bespoke installation covers over 3,100sqft, taking the form of three conservatories in one, and housing a swimming pool, gym and snooker room. Lancashire-based Paramount built the construction on VEKA Matrix 70mm profile with a lantern-design portal roof from Sash UK

Paramount 'goes large' with Europe's biggest Fitrite deck

More than a mile and a half of PVC-U decking board, a mile of steel subframe and 20,000 bolts and fixings have gone into Paramount Window Systems’ creation of the biggest Fitrite decking installation in Europe.

Checking in at over 3,300sqft, the installation forms an outdoor restaurant extension at a prestigious, award-winning garden centre close to the Network VEKA fabricator’s Manchester base. Paramount and Fitrite where chosen by Bents Garden and Home, which was recently voted “UK Garden Centre of the Year” and where Paramount already has two striking product displays.
